Cycle of Learning and Gears (click belowfor more information)
The Cycle of Learning and Gears expands on The Cycle of Learning. The Cycle of Learning itself depicts the processes of solving problems. Successful problem solving requires more than proficiency in the eight steps of the Cycle of Learning. The problem solver must also have enough conceptual knowledge and information, must have good personal work habits, and must have good communication and team-work skills. Our graphic, Cycle of Learning with Gears, uses a graphic of four gears to show the interaction of problem solving skills, knowledge, intrapersonal skills, and interpersonal skills.
